Can staff install personal apps?+

Not on a dedicated company device unless the business policy explicitly makes an app available.

Can LockFleet read private WhatsApp messages?+

No. LockFleet is designed for lawful company-device administration, app control and operational telemetry—not secret interception of private communications.

Can we monitor wasted mobile data?+

Devices can report usage totals. Domain or category reporting requires a separately configured managed DNS or VPN gateway and a clear employee monitoring notice.

Does remote support work like hidden AnyDesk access?+

No. Screen sharing is visible, time-limited and requires user consent. Optional control also requires Android Accessibility to be enabled on the device.

Does it work on Apple devices?+

The commercial launch is Android-first. Apple has a separate MDM, Apple Business Manager and APNs certificate process, with different platform limits.
