Permitted purpose
Use LockFleet to administer devices owned by, leased to or lawfully controlled by the customer for a documented business, security, safety, support or compliance purpose.
Prohibited conduct
You may not enrol a device without authority; hide material monitoring from a device user; intercept private messages or credentials; use remote support secretly; deploy malware; evade platform security; unlawfully discriminate or retaliate using telemetry; or use LockFleet for stalking, intimate-partner surveillance or consumer spyware.
Employee notice
Before enrolment, tell device users that the phone is company managed; which apps and functions are restricted; which identifiers, health, app, support and usage data are collected; whether a managed network gateway reports domains or categories; who may see the data; why it is needed; how long it is retained; and how to raise a concern.
Remote assistance
Support sessions must be initiated for a genuine support purpose. The device displays a persistent notification and Android requests screen-capture approval. Administrators must not pressure users to share unrelated private information visible on screen.
Network and data controls
Usage totals may be used to identify operational cost and unusual consumption. Search terms, video titles and content are not automatically available from the device agent. More detailed domain/category reporting requires a configured gateway and an appropriate lawful notice.
Enforcement and reporting
We may suspend a workspace or investigate credible reports of unlawful or harmful use. Report concerns to info@sweetphoenix.co.za. Emergency or criminal matters should be reported to the appropriate authorities.
