01

Agreement and business use

These terms are between Sweet Phoenix Creations (Pty) Ltd and the business that creates or accepts a LockFleet workspace. The person accepting them confirms that they are authorised to bind that business.

LockFleet is a business device-management service and is not intended for covert monitoring of partners, family members or devices the customer is not authorised to manage.

02

Trials, plans and payment

A new workspace may receive a time-limited pilot with the device limit shown during signup. Pilot access may be suspended when it expires. Paid features, device limits and billing periods are shown before checkout. Third-party payment fees and taxes may apply.

Failure to pay may suspend administrator access while enrolled devices remain on a safe policy until the account is restored or closed.

03

Customer responsibilities

The customer must own or be authorised to manage each enrolled device, secure administrator accounts, assign roles carefully, maintain lawful employee notices and consultations, validate policies before broad deployment, keep recovery procedures and comply with employment, privacy, interception and communications laws.

04

Platform boundaries

Device controls depend on Android version, manufacturer behaviour, enrolment mode, Google services, connectivity and permissions on the phone. Remote screen sharing requires visible user consent. Optional assisted control requires Android Accessibility to be enabled by the user.

LockFleet does not promise invisible access to private communications or controls that the operating system does not expose.

05

Applications and customer content

The customer is responsible for applications, APKs, policies, Wi-Fi settings, branding and other material it uploads or deploys. The customer confirms it has the necessary licences and rights and must not deploy malicious, infringing or unlawfully surveillant software.

06

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a dependable service but availability may be affected by maintenance, network providers, Cloudflare, Google, device manufacturers and other systems outside our control. Features may change to maintain security, platform compatibility or legal compliance.

07

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended for non-payment, material breach, security risk, unlawful use or risk to the platform or others. A customer may request closure from the dashboard. Before closure, it must remove management from devices it needs to keep using and export records it is required to retain.

08

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is supplied without guarantees beyond those expressly stated, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Commercial order terms may set additional service levels or liability limits.

09

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. The parties should first try to resolve disputes in good faith. Notices and questions may be sent to info@sweetphoenix.co.za.
